Borgo San Michele comes alive on the last weekend of September with the Sagra della cucina piemontese in Volpiano: typical dishes, music and fun. Among the various traditional dishes prepared by Borgo San Michele you will find fritto misto alla piemontese, beans and pork rinds, stewed tripe, polenta sausage and stew, agnolotti and mixed boiled meats.
