Every year, on the last weekend of August, a group of young people from Pergola (PU) organizes a fun and tasty festival: the Sagra del Finocchio, where you can taste gastronomic specialties made with wild fennel! Tagliatelle in porchetta, beans and pork rinds, capocollo and bagiana, rabbit in porchetta and lots of good live music are just some of the offerings that can be enjoyed in the beautiful setting of Mercatale Park.
