The Sagra del Cunigliolo Fritto was created on the initiative of the Circolo ARCI La Serra, in the homonymous hamlet of the municipality of San Miniato, in the province of Pisa. The menu includes various local specialties, among which the most appetizing is obviously fried rabbit.
Other specialties are also served, such as the Tuscan appetizer, pappardelle with rabbit, peasant-style rabbit and grilled veal steak. All made even more authentic by the use of local products, such as wine, oil and vegetables. In fact, all the suppliers are from the Municipality of San Miniato, or from neighboring areas.
