Sagra del Cinghiale di Capalbio
The Sagra del Cinghiale di Capalbio boasts more than fifty years of history and is an unmissable event in the Capalbio summer in September. The peculiarity of this festival is that it offers few dishes and only wild boar, raised in the local Monteti reserve, close to the town.
The dishes are cooked by hunter-chefs, exclusively men, and you know, when it is a man who loves cooking the results are exceptional!
