The ProLoco of Uri offers visitors in March the Artichoke Festival, the celebration dedicated to the most important PDO Spinoso artichoke of the island. During the festival days, in addition to tasting artichoke-based dishes, you can participate in numerous activities organized for the occasion.

Unrivaled like its cuisine, unmatched like its hospitality, the legendary Artichoke Festival returns to Uri (SS), a small center of Coros, in its spring version, awaiting the summer event.

There will be the setting up of Gastronomic Stands, where you can taste Sardinian dishes and specialties based on native artichokes.
