In May, the Sagra Dei Bisi returns to Colognola ai Colli (VR), where the signature dish is "Paparele coi bisi," made with fresh egg pasta, along with another traditional Venetian dish, "Risi e bisi," and other country-style recipes.

Two spring weekends filled with fun events, markets, and, above all, the chance to savor one of the most renowned products from the Colognola region: the Pisello Verdone Nano.
