The Gnocchi Festival returns to Canterano (RM). You can enjoy gnocchi, a traditional Canterano dish, on the day dedicated to celebrating St. Rocco, the town's co-patron. The gnocchi will be served with either a castrato sauce or a simple "tomato and basil" sauce.
