The "Sagra degli Antichi Sapori" is aimed at the promotion of the territory of the municipality of Tusa, making rediscover the flavors and tastes of the dishes that have accompanied this community since its origins. In particular, the aim of the event is precisely to propose to the wide public flavors of the peasant tradition that distinguishes our territory, promoting local products, such as broad beans, tomatoes, onions, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, cheese and ricotta, olives, bread, sausage, etc.

All of this takes place in the beautiful setting of the historic center of Tusa, which is full of churches worth visiting and which hold within them valuable works of art that can be traced back to renowned artists, such as Gagini, Giovanbattista Li Volsi and Nicolò Mirabella.
