In the summer, Allumiere (RM), a small Renaissance village nestled in the Tolfa Mountains, celebrates with the Sagra degli Antichi Sapori e dell’Acquacotta. A weekend to savor handmade specialties and immerse oneself in popular tradition, with musical accompaniment, entertainment for both adults and children starting from the afternoon, and the joy that has always distinguished us.

All this under the shade of a magnificent 17th-century palace, beneath the starry sky that overlooks Allumiere, with a sea view from our Belvedere that stretches as far as Corsica on particularly clear days!
