Prosciutto Saint Marcel, the famous raw ham expertly cured with mountain herbs, is the star of ProsciutTiamo, the big festival that Saint-Marcel dedicates to this internationally recognized and appreciated gastronomic excellence.
Organizing it, every third weekend in June, are the Town Hall, the ProsciutTiamo Committee, the Saint-Marcel Associations, the Merenderie on the ham route and the ham producing company, La Valdôtaine.
