The appointment with the Trifola d'Or National Truffle Fair returns to Murisengo (AL), with two Sundays dedicated to celebrating the Precious White Truffle or Alba Truffle.

Murisengo is the Land of Truffles (Terra del Tartufo). The area boasts a long and celebrated tradition for the trade of the 'Diamond of the Kitchen,' which is the White Truffle, the prince of the table and the ultimate expression of Piedmontese gastronomy known throughout the world.

The Murisengo Fair was established back in 1967, but its roots lie in the ancient agricultural and commercial tradition dating back to 1530 with the Saint Martin's Fair (Fiera di S. Martino).
