In Fano, the BrodettoFest takes place, an event dedicated to the iconic Adriatic dish, featuring shows, tastings, stellar cooking shows, international guests, big names in entertainment, renowned chefs who have made history in Italian cuisine, and workshops for children focused on learning about quality food and discovering the sea.

The fires are lit for the brodetto as it gets ready to make its debut at the 23rd edition of the festival, taking place over four days, from May 30 to June 2, 2025. A full immersion experience awaits, with cooking shows, guided tastings, boat tours, performances, live music, children's workshops, scientific outreach sessions, environmental awareness activities, talk shows featuring special guests, art exhibitions, concerts, and shows.
