For over twenty years, with the arrival of September, the municipality of Cabras has dedicated a festival to its treasure, mullet roe, offering the opportunity to taste this traditional product prepared in various local recipes. The Bottarga Festival aims to promote the knowledge of mullet roe and other regional products, fostering collaboration between producers and restaurateurs, while also guiding the public on a journey of discovery through the land of the Giants.
