The Feast of San Martino and Bringoli is a traditional event that takes place in November in Anghiari (AR). During the festival there is the possibility of tasting brustichino, sausages, chestnuts and new wine. But the real attraction is the Bringoli, the classic spaghetti made with just water and flour, handmade by the town's housewives and seasoned with mushroom or meat sauce.
