Every year the town of Salzano, in the province of Venice, hosts the Pumpkin Festival. An event to celebrate the protagonist vegetable of the month of October, with a program full of initiatives including: local craft exhibition, tours of regional flavours, tastings, competition for the best pumpkins and shows for all ages.

The 28th edition of the Pumpkin Festival is scheduled for 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 October and 1 November 2023.

During the 3 weekends you will be able to participate in the various scheduled events, including a craft exhibition, workshops for children, shows and the competition for the best pumpkins together with evenings of music and gastronomy. In the food stand, in addition to pumpkin, you can find a pizzeria, cichetti and pumpkin-based desserts.

For the little ones the event also includes a Halloween night party when the pumpkin reigns supreme.

The food stand opens every day at 7.00 pm. 

The organization of the Salzano Pumpkin Festival is possible thanks to the commitment of many volunteers from the Proloco Salzano, to the support of public bodies and the City of Salzano, and to the sponsors of the event.
