The last three days of January are counted among the coldest of the year and are traditionally identified as the Blackbird Days. Starting from this legend – according to which, if the three days are confirmed as glacial, spring will arrive soon, while in the event of a mild January ending, the summer will be delayed – Tutto in Piazza snc organizes the "Festa della Merla," two days of markets dedicated to the cold of winter and its fruits.

On Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25, Piazza Coin revives the tradition linked to the coldest days of the year with the "Festa della Merla" (Blackbird Festival). The initiative, part of the "Le Città in Festa" schedule, is organized by Tutto in Piazza snc.

The "Festa della Merla" features a market exhibition of typically winter food products and local creative craftsmanship, displayed on around thirty stalls open from 9 AM to 8 PM. In the afternoon of both days, entertainment activities for both children and adults are scheduled.
