In Velletri, the Grape and Wine Festival boasts a long-standing tradition, as wine is the quintessential product of the Castelli Romani. For an entire weekend, wine becomes the absolute star of this most traditional event.

On Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22, 2024, Velletri will host the 93rd edition of the Grape and Wine Festival.

Two full days in which the historic center is ready to welcome locals and tourists with a myriad of activities and numerous high-quality food and wine stands. This year, the festival will once again "take over" the entire historic center, from Piazza Garibaldi, near the ancient Porta Romana, known as "porta dammonte," to Porta Napoletana, also known as "porta dabballe."
