The Festa del toro allo spiedo is a tradition in San Tomio di Malo, in the province of Vicenza, where a De.Co. (denomination of municipal origin) has been established for bull on the spit. The traditional recipe calls for a long cooking time (15 hours) for 400-450kg of meat.
