In Selargius (CA) as part of the celebrations for the patron saint San Lussorio, on August 22nd the "Festival of the tasting of typical products of Selargius" takes place. On this occasion, dishes such as rabbit cacciatore, roast sausage, cheese, grapes, bread, water and wine will be distributed according to the most traditional Selargius recipe, in order to enhance the food and wine and artisan products of local companies.
