Independent wine brings together winemakers who defend the integrity of their territory, through a strong environmental ethics, to produce wine that requires the least possible number of interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar, through the absence of chemical additives and unnatural manipulations.
Producing natural wine means enhancing the uniqueness of wine, abandoning the homologation that chemistry, technology and industrialization have brought to the world of wine.
The purpose of the event is to promote the work of winemakers who struggle to be heard every day
