Fifth edition for ViniVeri Assisi 2024, the first event of the year with wine according to nature, a now fixed appointment in the wine calendar in Italy, awaited by operators and the growing number of enthusiasts of artisanal production combined with naturalness, respect for the environment and of the territory.
A day in the restaurants and one among the stands: 48 hours that will take the winemakers of the ViniVeri Consortium among the hills, the enchanting cities and the ancient villages of Umbria, with an incursion on the Adriatic coast of the Marche region.
The prologue of the Assisi event will be, on Sunday 14 January, the Dinners with the ViniVeri Winemakers. An invitation to experience and share, around a table, accompanied by preparations specially created by the chefs, the words, the stories, the smells, the moods of the land, the cellar and the wine of the many artisan winemakers from the various Italian regions, as well as than from Slovenia and France. There will be 16 restaurants between Umbria and Marche that will host Viniveri's winemakers: Ada Gourmet, L'Acciuga, Ristorante Enoteca Giò, Venti Vino a Perugia; Bosco Centotrentuno a Bosco; The Alchemist, Mordecai and King Tartù in Montefalco; The Shed in Spoleto; La Favorita in Bastia Umbra; La Risulta in Ponte San Giovanni; Osteria del Posto in Corciano; Osteria 12 Rondini in Foligno; Poggio delle Rocche in Ferentillo; San Giorgio a Umbertide; The Arcade in Porto San Giorgio. The fifth edition of ViniVeri Assisi 2024 will take place on Monday 15 January, from 10am to 5pm, at the Hotel Valle in Assisi: meeting-tasting with 60 wine producers and 6 agri-food producers with over 200 wine labels from the latest vintages for tasting. A preview of what will happen in the historic ViniVeri spring event, which will be held as usual in Cerea (VR) from 12 to 14 April 2024. An edition that promises to be important and full of events to celebrate 20 years of the birth of the ViniVeri Consortium. Twenty years that have changed the paradigm of wine, which have finally put at the centre, also thanks to pioneering and determined winemakers, viticulture that respects natural balances, the integrity of the territories, the biodiversity of the environment.
