Profumi e Sapori DiVini 2016, Fiera del Vino a Cermenate

And 'now in its seventh edition of the fair dedicated to wine "Fragrances and flavors diVini", an event organized for Saturday 23 and Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the Cermenate Scalabrini Park and Sports Centre, in the province of Como. The initiative is sponsored by Regione Lombardia, Province of Como, Municipality of Cermenate and is supported by AIS Lombardia (Italian Sommeliers Association). The event, dedicated to food and wine products and the enhancement of cultural heritage, is a fair food and wine market with various exhibitors, as well as to taste their products, will also be able to sell to the public the same; the basic idea of the organizers is to offer visitors the opportunity to know and appreciate the productive reality of quality companies. They will be organized food stands, workshops, tastings and cooking show. Novelty of this new edition is in the duration of the event; in order to encourage both exhibitors and visitors, we have chosen to articulate the initiative in two days, on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. To expand the offer reserved for the public, it was also decided to include in the day on Saturday also the world of beer, with the presence of craft brewers and the kitchen "Street Food". "Fragrances and flavors DiVini" has, over the years, well reconcile the expectations of the experts and professionals, with the curiosity of a careful and passionate audience, ready to seize the secrets and traditions of the world of wine and gourmet products and, for this, it is achieving good results. Program: Saturday, April 23 15.00: Opening of the Fair and the food stands 15.00: Open Bar service for the duration of the event 15:00 hours: Opening Street Food with different specialties 15:00 hours: Opening stand of brewers from 16.30 onwards .. . educational workshops, lectures and free tastings, show cooking and many other initiatives. 21.00: Closing of the food stands ... bars, restaurants, craft beers stand open until 23.00. Sunday, April 24 10:00 am: Opening of the Fair and hours food stands 10.00: Opening Point Refreshment stand and Street Food 11.30: Lecture and free tasting organized by AIS at the municipal hall advise 12.00: Opening Meal Plan: a pleasant restaurant occupies in the main gym of the sports center, where will be served tasty dishes prepared by the chef Massimiliano Tansini and the boys of the CFP Como. 16.30 Workshops with food education projects. 19.00: Closing of wine ......... stand. bars, restaurants stay open until around 20:00.
