Incoming the 2nd edition of the event dedicated to organic wine: Bio Spring in the Cellar. The event, scheduled for Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1 proposes a tour of the culinary excellence of Made in Umbria which aims to introduce organic wine and the processing method that has the ability to produce high quality in the protection of ' environment and public goods. Five organic wineries in Umbria (Moretti Omero in Giano dell'Umbria, Vini Di Filippo in Cannara (PG), Pomario in Piegaro (PG), Podere Fontesecca in collaboration with La Casa dei Cini in Città della Pieve (PG) and La Piccola Cantina dei Rossi Castello delle Forme of Marsciano (PG)) invite you to spend a weekend full of good organic wine (Sagrantino, Malvasia, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Trebbiano and Grechetto Spoletino) with tastings, workshops and guided tours. The typical local certified organic production and the direct relationship with the consumer will be the protagonists of the two days in the vineyard. Each winery will involve other farms that enrich the days of flavors and convivial activities: picnic in the vineyard, slow photography workshop for combine lenses AdiCittà landscapes, concerts, literary dinners with collective emergencies and even book presentations and tours horse-drawn carriage. Spring bio will be a tour of landscapes, traditions, experiences and working methods with the aim of promoting organic wine, regional excellence appreciated both in Italy and abroad.
