Starting at 15 and 16. A cellar is illustrated an afternoon to discover Quota 101 with a map created especially for the occasion. Visitors will be invited to follow a romantic three step to get to know the winery and vineyards.
First stop: the biodiversity. With the Association Biodiversity Friend program is a practical demonstration of biodiversity in the vineyard: the study of the soil to search for animals that keep the grounds and visit the house of insects.

Third stage: the street-food. Return to the farm for a wine tasting paired with street food. On the porch of the winery will be a pickup truck that will prepare the pizzas at the time.
