Costume parades, traveling shows, battle reenactments, concerts, and food stalls featuring local products. All of this will be "Bolsena 1328," the medieval festival scheduled for August 17 and 18, 2024, held for the first time in the picturesque Castello district. This event commemorates the famous siege of 1328 when the army of Emperor Louis IV "The Bavarian" repeatedly attacked the city walls but failed to conquer them, thanks to the courage and heroism of the Bolsena citizens, ultimately forcing the king and his troops to withdraw.

Now in its 12th edition, the reenactment is promoted and organized by Aps Bolsena A.D. 1328, in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Bolsena and with the contribution of the Municipality of Bolsena.
