On 22 and 23 January 2023 Natural Evolution returns to Grottaglie, at the Masseria Lella - Notre Dame, a two-day event dedicated to artisanal wines, with tasting counters, tasting workshops and conferences.

Stories of wine, passion and ideals. Stories of women and men who, in perfect harmony with their land, produce great wines in Grottaglie (TA), the historic city where for centuries the land has united the skilled hands of Figulini masters to give life to great ceramic works.

"Natural Evolution" offers wine tastings, conferences and natural meetings with winemakers from all over Italy. Two days entirely dedicated to getting to know the producers who will tell their natural philosophy to operators in the sector and visitors. A process that translates into respect for the environment both in the vineyard and in everyday life.

To accompany visitors in this story of vines, cellars and territories: Sandro Sangiorgi, food and wine journalist and founder of "Porthos Racconta", a school and publishing house dedicated to the dissemination of the culture of wine and food. Together with Sangiorgi, Matteo Gallello, expert connoisseur of the movement of natural wines in Italy and abroad and editor of "Porthos editions".
