The third Art & Taste appointment is in the heart of the Friuli Colli Orientali, Sunday 25 July, at the Cantina Zorzettig, with the great performer Dena De Rose who combines versatility and vitality for a concert dedicated to the great standards of jazz music.

Art & Taste is the event promoted by PromoTurismoFVG as a preview of the Mittelfest 2021 project. Cantina Zorzettig, a historic company from the 18th century, will lead to the discovery of the beauties of the typical Friulian peasant house, where the heat of the fogolar reigns, on a journey through history over a hundred years old of one of the most representative producers of this area.

The Cividale del Friuli winery will host the great performer Dena De Rose for a concert dedicated to the great standards of jazz music masterfully interpreted by her quartet, composed of two talented Italian musicians (Piero Odorici on saxophone and Paolo Benedettini on double bass) and the talented drummer Bernd Reiter.

The concert is free and requires the reservation of € 5.00 with tasting of a glass of wine from the Zorzettig winery accompanied by a delicious crouton of salmon marinated with herbs with horseradish mousse and a crouton with veal, tuna sauce and the fruits of capers .
Partner of the evening the Costantini restaurant in Tarcento (Ud), a reality that since 1976 has identified itself for the care and research of the cuisine, inspired by the authentic scents and flavors of the territory.

Before the concert it will be possible to participate in the Art & Taste experience, a dinner hosted in the suggestive outdoor spaces of the Cellar at an additional cost of € 25.00 (in Fish Tartar tasting with Gazpacho combined with a glass of Sauvignon wine - Raviolo d ' Estate with ricotta, basil and confit tomato filling paired with a glass of Friulano wine - Wild berries with lemon cream paired with a classic Verduzzo wine glass)
