Golosaria 2014 in Milan

From 15 to 17 November 2014, in Milan, Golosaria celebrates the 9th edition as the "Review of Culture and Taste." Stone ground flour, beers with "Chinotto di Savona", Aspromonte sausage, capicola of Martina Franca, goose of Vanzago, anchovy of Cetara, goat yogurt chamois of the Alps, capers, mint Pancalieri, potato and Oreno Cilavegna snails and much more ...

There are thousands of foods and wines selected among both the great Italian brands as well as the smaller ones of high quality, all completely genuine. The event location is the Superstudio Più in Via Tortona in Milan.

The food and wine festival created by Paolo Massobrio is one of the most anticipated of Italy because it comes from a powerful observation: each of the 200 food producers and owners of the 100 wineries housed in 8000 square meters of exhibition-market, were selected, observed and "tasted" several times over the years by the team of experts of IlGolosario, the best seller of Italian wine & food. This year the book IlGolosario also becomes a web portal, a real database that is accessible to all computers and smartphones at www.ilgolosario.it.

"Life as taste, taste as a way of life" theme of this ninth edition, is to prefer quality over quantity, deepen the culture of raw materials, learn the art of choice and selection.
A Golosaria you are cooking and you put to the test, we become spectators and players at the same time. Dozens of events that allow visitors to "get their hands dirty", to unravel the secrets of great chefs and pastry chefs, learn new recipes and combinations or recognize the taste of unique wines. In Choco Chocolate Lounge the best artists will present their innovations to accompany the great spirits of the Italian tradition. The partners of Golosario become bearers of the Made in Italy in the world will welcome visitors in the area dedicated as the secrets of the perfect combination of taste and well-being will be revealed in the area dedicated to healthy eating habits. On the stage of show cooking (there are 20 in the program) will alternate chefs and pastry chefs selected by the guide Golosario. On these occasions you learn how to cook the perfect "egg walking" or turn a typical Italian dish like gnocchi in an ethnic dish.
