From November 22 to Novembre 24, 2013 Fierabolzano host the 2013 edition of "Biolife", an event born in 2004 in Bozen as a trade show dedicated to organic production, food and cosmetic industries, and more generally on sustainability. Today is an event to promote small manufacturing excellent Italian food, with organic certification.
Biolife is the only exhibition where external certifiers (ABCERT and ICEA) authorize the admission of the product (food and cosmetics) and add activities and events throughout the year, for the public and operators, increasing attention and awareness of the biological.
Biolife offers the possibility of direct sales during the event.
Among the events not to be missed, the first Symposium of GAS (fair trade groups) in South Tyrol, which will be available to tell their story and provide all the information necessary to start a buying group.... read more»
During the inauguration will speak Günther Reifer, founder of "Terra Institute", which will promote sustainable business models oriented towards new possibilities of consumption.
The restaurant interior will promote regional excellence at the event through proposals dedicated to the territories. Important dish made with the products of cooperative Libera Terra, organic produce from land stolen from the Mafia.
The price of admission is € 4.00, but you can buy tickets online at the reduced price of € 3.00.
The opening hours are from 9:30 to 18:00.
